Welcome to LOBIZA. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

  1. About LOBIZA
    LOBIZA is an online digital platform that connects customers located in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) with Pakistani service suppliers who are residing and operating in the UAE.
    LOBIZA provides a lead-generation system where customer service requests are shared with registered suppliers on a paid basis.
  2. Supplier Registration & Email Notifications
    Supplier email addresses are manually added by the LOBIZA owner
    Only these registered suppliers receive lead notifications via email
    Suppliers must make a payment to unlock the lead and access customer contact details
  3. How the System Works
    Customers in the UAE submit service request forms on the LOBIZA website
    Each request is stored in the database as a lead
    The lead is sent via email/notification only to suppliers added manually by LOBIZA owner
    Supplier unlocks the lead via payment
    After successful payment, the customer’s phone number and contact details become visible
  4. Nature of Service
    LOBIZA provides digital lead information only
    LOBIZA does not provide physical services
    LOBIZA is not a party to any agreement between customer and supplier
    All service delivery, pricing, and execution are the sole responsibility of the supplier
  5. Lead Unlock & Payments
    Lead unlocking is a paid digital service
    Payments are processed via:
    JazzCash
    Pakistani debit or credit cards (Visa / MasterCard)
    A lead is unlocked only after successful payment confirmation
  6. No Refund Policy
    All payments made for lead unlocking are final and non-refundable
    Once a lead is unlocked, no refund, reversal, or cancellation will be provided
    Suppliers unlock leads at their own discretion and risk
    Customers can contact LOBIZA support for any inquiries or issues
  7. Use of Customer Data
    Customer contact details are shown only to suppliers who have paid and unlocked the lead
    Suppliers agree:
    Not to misuse customer data
    Not to spam, harass, or engage in illegal activity
    Any misuse may result in account suspension or permanent termination
  8. No Guarantee of Conversion
    LOBIZA does not guarantee that:
    The customer will respond
    The customer will place an order
    A deal will be finalized
    LOBIZA only facilitates the sharing of customer-submitted information.
  9. Account Suspension & Termination
    LOBIZA reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice if there is:
    Fraudulent activity
    Abuse of the system
    Fake or misleading behavior
    Customer complaints
    Violation of these Terms & Conditions
  10. Payment Gateway Disclaimer
    Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways
    LOBIZA does not store card or wallet details
    LOBIZA is not responsible for gateway delays, failures, or technical issues
  11. Limitation of Liability
    LOBIZA shall not be held liable for:
    Financial loss
    Business loss
    Missed opportunities
    Disputes between customer and supplier
    Service quality or fulfillment issues
  12. Changes to Terms
    LOBIZA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website means acceptance of the updated terms.
  13. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
